We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

BROKR uses cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to measure page traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

When you click on a broker link, a redirect via /go/<broker-slug> is logged for attribution purposes. This log entry contains a timestamp and the broker identifier, but no personal data that could identify you individually.

To respect the marketing and onboarding restrictions of the brokers we list, we determine the country you are visiting from when a page loads or when you click a broker link. For this we use your IP address only briefly in memory to look up the country; the IP address is neither stored nor logged and is not passed to any third party. The lookup runs on our own server using the "IP to Country Lite" database by DB-IP (IP geolocation by DB-IP, https://db-ip.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in complying with these restrictions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If a broker does not accept visitors from your country, the link to that broker is not shown to you; the content, scores and order of all pages remain the same.

We do not set tracking cookies, do not build user profiles, and do not sell data to third parties.

When you use the "Get listed" form, the details you enter (company, name, e-mail, website, your message and any files you attach) are sent directly to our team and are not stored in a database. We use them only to answer your request.
